The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to transportation options. The bus stop right outside the hotel made it convenient to get to the city center.

The hotel's location near the tram station to The Peak and within walking distance of Central district is a major advantage. The view from the rooms, especially towards the harbour, is breathtaking. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added advantage of a rain shower head in the bathroom. The breakfast, although not amazing, is served by a separate restaurant with friendly staff.
The hotel failed to provide complimentary water in the rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, nestled in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful botanical gardens and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities like free Wi-Fi and tea/coffee facilities. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic way to relax and cool off after a busy day of exploring.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great value hotel with excellent amenities and a tranquil location.

The view from our room at Garden View was amazing. We couldn't get enough of the fine scenery. Plus, the rooms were impeccably clean, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing view and cleanliness.
